Thank you for shopping with Designs by Katie! Here's what you can expect when you place an order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Canada
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Shipping to the United States and Internationally
International orders are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available. Some shipping options may not include tracking.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to Canada Post, Designs by Katie is not responsible for delays or lost packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out and I'll do my best to help.
